The rewards wallet is the original minter of the token and its only regular transactions following initial distributions will be to the hot wallet used for season rewards.
Presale of FIGHT tokens will be conducted in-platform (https://fightingfish.io/dashboard/shop) beginning at 6:00 PM EST on Friday, February 25. In total, 1,000,000 FIGHT tokens will be sold at a valuation of 0.1 ALGO/FIGHT, giving the token a fully diluted market cap of 1,000,000 ALGO. There is a minimum participation of 100 ALGO and a maximum participation of 10,000 ALGO per wallet address.
The presale FIGHT tokens will be released on a quarterly vesting schedule beginning with 25% at the time of LP launch on March 1. The vesting schedule is:
- 25% March 1, 2022
- 25% June 1, 2022
- 25% September 1, 2022
- 25% December 1, 2022
All presale funds will be used to fund the LP launch. Any addresses that over or under-subscribe to the presale will have funds returned within a reasonable amount of time. Any addresses that subscribe once the cap of 100k is hit will have funds returned within a reasonable amount of time.
In the event of under subscription, the LP will proceed to launch with 1,000,000 FIGHT tokens with all of the ALGO raised and distribute 1,000,000 FIGHT tokens to presale subscribers.
In order to keep the ecosystem viable for future years, a maximum of 10% of the rewards wallet will be spent on each season's rewards. A season's rewards includes the tournament and the arena rewards.
In Season 1, the maximum number of FIGHT tokens that will be distributed is 650,000 (6.5% of total supply). Thus, 58.5% of the total supply will remain off the market in season 1 as it is locked in the rewards wallet.
As the Utility page describes, FIGHT tokens can be transacted within the game for various accessories and NFTs. These tokens will be distributed at the end of the season using the following breakdown:
- Team: 15%
- Community Discretionary Fund: 15%
- Rewards: 70%
Royalties earned from secondary sales of Fighting Fish NFTs will be primarily used to pay the team and for ongoing maintenance of the project. However, a portion of proceeds will be sent to the community discretionary fund where holders will decide what to do with them.
